Mbargorba making a move?

Although 7-footer Blaise Mbargorba is not close to making a college choice, he is on the verge of reaching a decision regarding his desination next season.

“I think I’m gonna reclassify to 2012,” Mbargorba said in a text on Tuesday. “Just to have one more year to really develop my game and be ready for college.”

He attended St. Benedict’s (N.J.) last season but is looking elsewhere for 2010-11. He is not ready to reveal it just yet.

“I’m waiting to hear back from the school and I’ll let you know,” Mbargorba said.

In terms of colleges, he told me in June that Virginia Tech is his favorite, but Boston College, Georgetown, Providence and Columbia are also showing interest.
