1. Ohio State: The Buckeyes are more than just Evan Turner. William Buford is a big-time scorer and Jon Diebler can shoot the lights-out.
2. Baylor: This might be the best guard twosome in college basketball. Tweety Carter is a scorer and distributor, while LaceDarius Dunn is explosive.
3. Kansas State: Jacob Pullen and Denis Clemente have both showed the ability to take over a game and carry the Wildcats to a win.
4. Duke: Jon Scheyer has become one of the best point guards in the nation, while Nolan Smith is a very good scorer on the wing.
5. California: Jerome Randle is one of the best guards in the country, while Patrick Christopher and Theo Robertson can score and shoot.
6. Georgetown: When Chris Wright is scoring, the Hoyas are tough to beat. Austin Freeman is an assassin and Jason Clark is solid.
7. Villanova: The Wildcats struggled down the stretch, but Scottie Reynolds and Corey Fisher lead a deep and experienced guard group.
8. Kansas: Sherron Collins is one of the best guards in the country, but Xavier Henry and Tyshawn Taylor lead a host of solid role players.
9. BYU: It starts with Jimmer Fredette, but don’t overlook Jackson Emery and Tyler Haws. Brandon Loyd has come on strong lately.
10. Kentucky: John Wall might be the most talented player in the country, but Eric Bledsoe has been just as important at times.
11. Pittsburgh: The main reasons for the Panthers’ surprising season were Ashton Gibbs and Brad Wanamaker; both are all-around studs.
12. New Mexico: Darington Hobson has the ability to take over a game, but Dairese Gary and Philip McDonald are no slouches either.
