Key Games this Week

Villanova at Georgetown (Monday): A win here would be huge for ‘Nova’s at-large hopes, while Georgetown needs to win to stay atop the Big East standings.
Kansas at Texas (Monday): If you like guards, watch this game as the backcourt battle should be outstanding. Both teams have two of the best guard groups in the country.
Michigan State at Purdue (Tuesday): Purdue has just one loss in Big Ten play, a three-point defeat against MSU in East Lansing. They want revenge.
Marquette at Seton Hall (Tuesday): Both teams are heading in the wrong direction. Seton Hall has lost three in a row, and needs a win for its at-large hopes.
Kentucky at Vanderbilt (Tuesday): Does Kentucky have a legitimate chance to get an at-large bid? A win here would do wonders. Vandy has won three in a row.
Notre Dame at Connecticut (Wednesday): Two of the hottest teams in the country go head-to-head in an attempt to keep pace with Georgetown atop the Big East.
Maryland at Duke (Wednesday): Two more of the nation’s hottest teams. Maryland is looking more and more like an at-large team; a win here would clinch it.
Wisconsin at Indiana (Wednesday): Are either of these teams legit Elite Eight contenders? There are questions abound for each team; some will get answered.
Xavier at Charlotte (Wednesday): Xavier put some separation between itself and the rest of the Atlantic-10, while Charlotte is still pushing for an at-large.
Arkansas at Tennessee (Wednesday): The best in the SEC West and SEC East go head-to-head. Tennessee looks to be head-and-shoulders above the rest.
Houston at Memphis (Wednesday): Houston is staying in the mix for an at-large by beating mediocre teams, but a win here would be huge for its hopes.
California at Arizona (Thursday): Two teams that surprisingly fell at home this weekend, with Cal losing to Oregon, and ‘Zona to instate rival Arizona State.
Stanford at Arizona State (Thursday): Can Arizona State get the marquee win it needs for an NCAA bid? Stanford is playing some of the best ball in the country.
Pittsburgh at Marquette (Friday): An unusual marquee Friday night game in the Big East. These two teams need to separate themselves from the pack.
